“I am in the middle of a Range, nervous breakdown. My wife brought an item online which, when it turned up was nothing like the picture advertised. Took it back to the store in Plymouth to get a refund. And they basically said computer says no. If you buy online to send it back, you have to first contact there So called. Customer care department. Tried that twice first time there were 27 people in the queue and the second time 33 people in the queue waiting for range to answer. It sounds as if most of the stuff people buy from range get sent back”

“I bought a white Tree skirt and the quality was fantastic.also I’ve bought a Garland in the past and I’m still using it after many years it’s do heavy and lush every year I get comments on it.”

“I went to the range in Southport and bought a office chair. When I got to the counter to pay for it the assistant which was a man helped me by carrying the box to my car. What a lovely friendly man he was. I have found other staff there very helpful too.”

“Never had a problem with The Range just once a damaged item by DHL but I blame DHL not the range! Lovely shop with good prices ! Never been upset about the delivery as it is eta not promised delivery.”

“I was most impressed with the service from a floor employee who checked the availability of a wallpaper steamer and kept me up to date with the time required to retrieve it from the stock room, an older gentleman! The check out assistant is very pleasant, possibly from USA, a tall slim chap.”

“Bought a mirror from the range - when it arrived it was damaged - did take me about 20 minutes to get through to customer services - told the girl it was damaged and she asked me to return an email she sent me with a photo of the damaged mirror - got a refund within 5 days.”

“This review is for Southend-on-Sea branch, Paul the Young manager went out on a limb to solve an issue completely beyond the wits of customer nonservice who I don't actually have words for...not printable ones !! Thanks Paul...and ya buddy...didn't get his name .”

“Took my daughter to the Evesham store to look at garden furniture. The item she liked was available in stock and the staff dealing with sale very friendly and helpful. One of the warehouse staff named Mick delivered the item to my car and on finding that the box was too big helped in opening the box and placing individual pieces into the car. Excellent service .Thankyou Mick and the rest of the team for 5 star service”

“I am giving this 5 star review not for the Range as a store but as a 5 star acknowledgement to a staff member who works in Dee Dees Café in store. I believe the member of staff I am mentioning is named Chloe. I have noticed how hard Chloe works over my years of visiting the store whilst sitting having my cuppa. Last Sunday 21/11/21 I sat and watched Chloe whilst sitting drinking my coffee . She was working incredibly hard serving so many customers sole handley! NO OTHER STAFF! to support her. Chloe remained calm, polite and professional under pressure. I noticed she was doing everything! cleaning , preparing ,serving, wiping tables aswell as directing customers in correct direction in store. ( All with a smile ). Dear manager of this store. I hope you acknowledge your wonderful staff member and treat her accordingly her service to your store is paramount. You have an absolute asset to your staff . Keep hold of her! Well done Chloe. ☺️”

“We were looking for a small water feature for a birthday present In came Mary who explained that the larger ones needed to be ordered but showed us the smaller range. When we couldn't see what we wanted she proceeded to go further and look inside the garden centre and produced just what we wanted. She carefully opened it up and shower us how long the extension,was and also told us if our friend didnt Like the gift we could obtain a present receipt so that it coukd be returned She was polite and very interested in making sure our trip to the Range was a happy one Thank you Mary you were a delight”
