“Purchased a rather expensive lego set on sunday 26th April. Delivery was expected thursday 30th April. The set turned up on time and undamaged.”

“I received regular updates on the progress of my purchase (Lawn mower & Line). I was able to track my item successfully. Two days before delivery I received a text from the Range. I also got a text on the day of delivery. The courier contacted me when they were about 30 mins from delivering the item. So I am generally very pleased with my purchase. WELL DONE the Range.”

“Excellent shopping experience at the range Llansamlet. Very helpful gentleman called Andrew on the furniture department who assisted me with excellent knowledge in what I was buying and talked me through the whole process. Will definitely use the range Swansea again 💪🏼”

“Visited Ballymena store today.Left my mobile phone in store by mistake. When I discovered my mistake contacted store. Some honest person had handed it in, and I picked it up later. I'd like to thank Orla and Karen, from the store, who were most helpful.”
