“Hi, Few days ago we went to local Range and liked one of their sofas. Ordered online on the same day it has just been delivered today - quickly, efficiently, undamaged. I have to say that I was really concerned after reading all these negative reviews however my experience is completely different. We have been notified about delivery date and received phone call shortly before delivery so all good. Happy customer :)”

“Went there today to get my key cut great deal a for £10 massive air but staff handed out free water and got my key cut ahead of me so I could just get there pay for it and go.really understanding staff.”

“Went to the willenhall store and was so impressed with two managers (Julie,Matt) came out to the queue to make sure everyone was alright, they saw a very elderly Asian man who had trouble standing they asked us all if we had any issues with him moving to the front of the queue and of course no one did, they then got a trolley cleaned it for him and let him in the store, how FANTASTIC this is in this horrible time, they then can out to thank us for our kindness and patience, these two deserve a round of applause, fantastic management!!!!!!!”

“Ordered my 4 piece bedroom furniture. Came within one week of ordering. Good value for money! Kept informed about my delivery, the delivery guy was friendly and polite! My new furniture looks amazing... thank you. Will be ordering from you again in the future.”

“well i just telephoned making enquiry to an item i wanted. the phone rang 3 times and was answered politely. the assistant then went to the gardening dept to find the item and within 3 mins came back saying so sorry but its product we dont actually sell. her manner was excellent and sorry i cannot fault the store. on my visit yesterday i was helped by 2 staff and security guard lifting and putting items into car. they were brilliant”

“Purchased a rather expensive lego set on sunday 26th April. Delivery was expected thursday 30th April. The set turned up on time and undamaged.”

“I received regular updates on the progress of my purchase (Lawn mower & Line). I was able to track my item successfully. Two days before delivery I received a text from the Range. I also got a text on the day of delivery. The courier contacted me when they were about 30 mins from delivering the item. So I am generally very pleased with my purchase. WELL DONE the Range.”

“Excellent shopping experience at the range Llansamlet. Very helpful gentleman called Andrew on the furniture department who assisted me with excellent knowledge in what I was buying and talked me through the whole process. Will definitely use the range Swansea again 💪🏼”

“I love visiting The Range. An excellent choice of Christmas and craft items. I've also bought about four pieces of their framed art work for my kitchen. If I won the lottery I would spend a fortune in that place!”

“Visited Ballymena store today.Left my mobile phone in store by mistake. When I discovered my mistake contacted store. Some honest person had handed it in, and I picked it up later. I'd like to thank Orla and Karen, from the store, who were most helpful.”
