Putney Road Leicester chose lots of items a full orange trolley full,the metal trolleys need a pound coin and I didn't have one, waited ages in queue to pay, just to check i asked if I could take the orange trolley to the car? response no! could i use an empty trolley abandoned by customer services ? no it was a staff trolley, no choice. I left my shopping as could not get the items to the car. Please make your rules clear to customers it would save time and disappointment. really bad experience

I took a tin of garden paint back to swop for differt shade. The worst customer service I have experienced. A very angry rude lady Spoke to me while serving other customers. Was in there for half an hour being ignored and by administration. Then Almost told it was my problem.

Shocking lack of customer service!!! Left with very expensive item I can't return as nobody gets in touch when asked, no human, all automated. Finally after complaining in store got a collection arranged that never happened. Still out of pocket for over £100 and stuck with item. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM RANGE.

Awful customer service. I bought a bbq smoker. The lid doesn't fit correctly. There is a gap meaning it can't smoke meat. I attempted to contact them on live chat, but there was no answer. I am now on an email thread with them. The responses from the company are taking 24hrs. I need this issue solving ASAP. There is no phone number to contact them and they are absolutely useless at responding.

I don't normally write a review but i have to this time I also gave 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 star I ordered an outside table i was given a delivery date and courier was yodel. waited on 5 separate days for the delivery and it never arrived. The range customer service was not much help at all. I contacted yodel customer chat line which i think is based in India and i all got was pack of lies from them. I will never order again from the range or order from any company that uses Yodel as a courier. I have now requested a chargeback from the card company.

I cancelled an online order and received an email from The Range advising me that the order had been cancelled. Lo and behold, The Range didn't cancel the order and the item was delivered to me. Now try as I might I can't get through to an actual person to resolve. The Range still have several hundred pounds of money with what seems little chance of getting it back.

Despicable fraudsters. It's time trading standards took this on and fined the range millions. It's not poor customer service it's deliberate fraud/theft I advise everyone not to buy anything again from the range instoor or online. I never would have believed that the range could ever be associated with this fraudulent behaviour.

For the second time running , I went to the store in penge and all of the items I needed were not in stock or not sold despite being on the website as available in store . It is a wasted bus journey for me so the range will not be seeing me again . In addition the staff are not helpful and the store shabby as well as the usual unloved poor selection of plants . The lupins especially were in very poor condition not fit for sale . Such a disappointment. Carolyn Fuller

Had to return a duvet cover to the Basingstoke store this afternoon & it was an awful experience, largely due to member of staff who was extremely rude, another customer told me that this particular member of staff was also very rude to her. I used to like shopping at the Range but I will never ever shop there again.

The Range in Leighton Buzzard is my nearest store however I am sorry to say that that on many occasions I find items on the shelf not priced. When I approach an assistant to ask the price I’m met with what I can only describe as an impatient attitude and usually told I would have to take it to the till which means waiting in a queue. Sometimes these items are relatively heavy and no help is offered. It is sad to see a new store offering such an inadequate customer service.

I bought pergola outdoor curtains, off white. Arrived and are mustard, strange fabric, impossible creases. Tried to return. Cannot in-store. "3rd party." Customer service...? Still awaiting refund. 3 weeks. No details of "wholesaler" no refund return label - no address - NADA! Will never buy online from The Range again! Avoid!

Appalling. Trying to return range item but told I need to wait 72 hours for third party supplier to provide address….that was 14 days ago….not holding out for refund now but this is so wrong. Would never use again

I am nearly 70 and with some mobility problems. Earlier this month I had ordered six items 'click and collect'. Things were going well until I visited the store today. Firstly I was made to stand and walk about following members of staff as they tried to sort the problem out. The problem was, that although I had received 'please collect' messages, my order was nowhere to be found. On top of that, when I finally had to cancel the on-line order I received an instant confirmation that I had collected the goods!!! I have not received any refund and because of the nature of the on line transaction, in store staff are powerless to do anything. Oh yes, and although there was a manager issuing orders from above, he or she did not have the decency to actually appear. Range/Wilko - where is my refund?

Don’t order from The Range. I ordered some garden furniture. I had FIVE Scheduled Deliveries and not one even left the warehouse. Two I was told on the morning of Scheduled Delivery it was taking place. The rest I had to call each time to be advised the delivery was not taking placed. This is after a confirmation text and email with time slot. The Range simply don’t care. They cancelled my order after the fifth failed delivery. Their Customer Service is horrific. It’s almost like a scam. Each email is not fully read. Their responses are copy and paste, generic replies. A new person deals with your response email so there is a lot of repetition or them not understanding fully. There is no phone number to call and no formal complaints process. I would think carefully about ordering from The Range. I have had three weeks of consistent issues and no resolution. The Range are not on ‘Resolver’ which I think is a sure sign of the level of service you can expect.

Bought a flat pack bedroom drawers last July, delivered in August and assembled in September.a handle split In half.Told by the range to go online.Now told to get a vat accredited 3rd party company to see if it’s a manufacturing fault.!!!! Only guaranteed for 6 months they say. It’s a handle for heavens sake. Not even a complimentary tube of glue.Beware.
