I ordered a carpet from The Range and paid in full two weeks ago, expecting delivery. Throughout the week, I was in contact with their customer service via chat, where I was repeatedly assured that my order would be delivered. To my surprise, when I checked my account, the order had been cancelled without any notification, and their website suggested I simply place the order again. I paid for a specific item and do not want to order it again — I want the product I already purchased. The lack of communication and the confusing automated responses were very disappointing. I hope The Range improves their customer service and respects customers’ payments

ORDERED 3 POTS OF PAINT…..PAID FOR THEM..THEN INFORMED THEY COULD ONLY SEND 2. THE 2 ARRIVED SEPARATLEY……… ONE OF THE POTS HAD OPENED AND WAS LEFT WITH PAINT ALL OVER A MARBLE TABLE. THEY HAVE ONLY SENT ME A REFUND FOR THE DAMAGE ONE…… NOT THE SUM I PAID FOR 3 !!..DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…SHOCKING….DOUBT IF I SEE THE CORRECT REFUND OWED.

Donot buy on line,no customer service all Ai paid for next day delivery 4 days later still waiting, go to a store ,they won't help,once they have your money it is basically jog on not interested

We purchased some cutlery from the range in oldham on Saturday 10th January. We were asked if we wanted a receipt which through me as I normally say yes but hadn't. When we got home and opened the cutlery the cutlery plastic was loose. We went back the next to to exchange and was told that without a receipt and showing proof of purchase on my bank details they still would not exchange An offer to check their receipt records was given and I was contacted today to say that they couldn't locate the purchase which I dont believe. I was also asked several times if i purchased it from the oldham range? I had also purchased a grinch jumper at the same time and the total was £12.49. During Christmas we spent £149 on a nutcracker and bought other items. We certainly won't be buying anything else again and we have spent so much in this store previously

Don't waste your time ordering from the range. Items you have payed for using next day delivery do not turn up. Trying to speak to customer service is useless,I tried every form of contact they offer and each time it was met with very poor standards of communication from their end. Have never had to deal with such poor forms of communication. My order is still not here two weeks after making purchase using next day and no refund can be offered apparently until items are delivered and returned which can then take up to 5 days,no update on delivery either. Save your time and hassle and shop elsewhere.

Absolutely awful! Please don't waste your time ordering from these. You get passed from pillar to post. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, just little bits and pieces, nothing major. Part of it came, they gave me a date for the rest of it coming. 3 days has passed for that delivery date, still not here. Contacted them, they said there's nothing they can do as its already been dispatched. Contacted the courier, they said they haven't received it yet. Contacted them again to be told it hasn't been dispatched yet! Been going backwards and forwards now for 3 days. Talking to different people, none of them have a clue what's going on. Just get a sorry for the inconvenience, do you want to wait for it to arrive or you can wait 5 working days for your money back. The items were for a birthday tomorrow so im now without the items and im out of pocket because ive got to go and buy them again! Joke of a company.

It has been a nightmare to deal with the company. I have placed an order , made payment that has been promptly charged and taken of the card by THE RANGE UK after which they have cancelled the order ( apparently due to some internal compliance checks to which they cannot disclose any further information) BUT here is the trigger - they forgot to issue refund. Now after multiple attempts getting this sorted with Customer Care team I have not received one proper answer, nor the refund not to mention the ordered items. So that was first and last time for this online order from The Range and very much last money I ever spend in Range at all.

My husband had been in contact after we had only one item delivered and an incorrect item delivered. I am currently getting over a significant injury to my back and hip, it was suspected broken. Due to the wrong item being delivered we now do not have a bed. Do you think it is suitable for me now to lie on a mattress on the floor? Either the range or delivery company will accept fault so we are going round in circles

Ridiculously interactions with Tory on their Facebook chat over the last 24hrs. Purchased an item in store but the instructions are missing and it’s not working as expected. Contacted via there fb chat and just wanted the instructions sent over however after supplying proof of purchase Tory decided that they cannot help me as I didnt purchase online and they will only help online customers. I must drive 12 miles and spend around an hour returning to the store to get instructions/help with my purchase. Throughout the interaction Tory has been nothing but completely unhelpful and condescending. Failing to read messages sent properly and contradicting. Complete waste of time and first and last visit to this brand.

Been sending messages to customer care for well over a week regards faulty product bought. The robot keeps telling me customer care will contact me in 48 hours, nothing back. Rang store in Cardiff zip bought from and nobody picked up. Rang their other store in Cardiff lady answered after a while after listening and put me through to assistant manager, told him my problem and he said loads of customer complaints about same product. Told me to contact customer support !!! told him if I could I wouldn’t be speaking to him, he said go to the store ! in a world of digital communication where I have had no problems at all with any other company/retailer I have had to contact by e mail, through website/app and start the communication with a robot, with the Range uk I have to go to the store !!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 Xmas trees and 2 Xmas tree skirts. Waited weeks for trees to arrive yet still no Xmas tree skirts? Total nightmare to communicate with the range online store as they have no phone lines! The quality of the trees delivered is very poor paid £80 per tree and Tesco sell better for half that price. Also brought lights for tree that barely work! Not value for money, don't deliver on time or not at all and total lack of customer support or help when items not delivered. I won't ever shop online or in store again. Quality very poor all round

The CEO doesn’t care about customers, if you ever have the pain of dealing with Terri in head office, just know that you will never receive any outcome because I do not believe Terri has ever been able to actually perform good work in their life. All I want is for the damaged parcel they delivered is collected. They have told me I must pay for returning it or dispose of it myself which will cause me injury due to the weight of it. I have now gone to trading standards.

I visited your store today in Exeter that is meant to pride itself on being inclusive to all staff with all kinds of disabilities. as I entered the store, I heard the store manager loudly say “thats the last time I let him train somebody he’s f@£#*.g useless. This is absolutely disgusting and I was really annoyed but unfortunately didn’t manage to get his name. The staff were all working really hard in there as well. This is an unacceptable way to speak about anyone!! Really disappointing
