Do not buy anything big such as a cooker washer etc as if it is faulty then contacting the customer care is virtually impossible. They said the would be in touch within 72 hours here I am a week later and still no contact from then ...there is no way to speak to an actual person you go on live chat or whats sap only to be told they will contact you by email .What a terrible company no respect for customers !!!!

Wouldn't buy anything from this store. Still waiting for my refund from an item I returned in November of last year 😡 They insist that my refund was processed in December last year but it hasn't. Have sent multiple emails but still waiting for refund. PayPal requested the transaction ID number associated with the refund to investigate and they sent an invalid ID number. Asked for the genuine transaction ID number and still waiting for a response. Not going to get it though as my refund hasn't been processed. Getting trading standards involved now!!

Don't even deserve one star terrible service, rude staff, false pricing Such a shame I will never use this once great shop again

Only gave 1 star as no stars wasn't an option. Bristol Filton, absolutely disgusting behaviour from managers, shouting and swearing at customers on shope floor, calling one lady a liar, shop is an absolute mess, no one to help you, apparently they are all really busy, which is true they are really busy smoking outside the front doors of the shop. Stock all over the floors, absolutely filthy. Complained to head office, they really don't care.

I tell myself everytime not to shop online with the Range. It has to be the worst home delivery shopping experience ever.. They love to take ya money but you try and speak to a human if you have a problem.. GOOD LUCK.. customer service is rubbish.. Never ever again TOO STRESSFUL

Ordered a table and chairs and turned up damaged and bits missing… I know just want a refund and for to to be collected. Your customer service on live chat is down right rude.

Ordered an armchair on the 29th January it arrived but an armrest was missing still waiting on the missing armrest 36 days later !! Customer service appalling couldn't care less keep changing the wait time for missing armrest to be delivered first and last time I ever order from them have advised family and friends to avoid at all costs

Placed an order, half of order cancelled 6 days after I placed and paid for it , the part order was delivered as normal , still no contact from the Range , once I contacted them via email , there is no phone number , I find out they did not have the stock they had sold me , no one did ever contact me , many days later still I got an. Email saying I would be getting a refund , my 2 nd and last order from them , the online side really sucks

Bought table and 4 chairs when delivered 1chair faulty. Then discovered the table was damaged trying to get anything done with the range is diabolical you end up going round in circles you can't just get anyone in the phone it's chat email but no one to speak to I won't be buying anything from the range again and if anyone is thinking of buying something big all I can say is don't I'd have been better going to a second hand shop then the trash I got from the range .

I ordered a rug online on the range site it gave me a delivery day so I waited on no package I went on the online chat they said there contact the carpet company then next day they said order as been dispatched and it's with the royal mail it's been 4 days still not received goods I'll never shop with them again poor service

I visited the the store for the first time today .initially I was pleased with my purchase until I checked my bill at home . I had been charged a higher price for goods than displayed in the shop it was quite clear the price label for the pack of card . This is sharp practice and I will have to be wary if I use the range in future. Carolyn fuller

Order placed on the 2nd February, I have emailed, sent a WhatsApp, tried to call, completely ignored, found head office telephone number but they don’t deal with customers, what a total shambles, disgusting customer services.

I ordered a large wall art online and paid £9.99 for delivery finally after 10 days it turned up i opened the box to fine a large arch shaped mirror which i did not order. So all that money and time to get the wrong order. Its been inpossible to return as i cant get hold of anyone to talk to and the online system doesnt answer. So i now own a large mirror that is shoved in a cupboard as i dont have anywhere to.put it. I never got the wall art or a refund this store is a joke.

I advise anyone NOT to order from this company. Damaged Curtain Pole arrived. They asked for photos. Said I’d hear within 72 hours. Never heard again. Impossible to get through to anyone. Tearing my hair out!!!

I am absolutely fuming ! The Range customer service is a joke . I bought a rug ,they sent the wrong one, I returned on 20th January and after many emails and messages and chat STILL NO refund . I would advise customers not to order on line from The Range as it is near impossible to get answers or your refund . J. Toy
