I ordered some goods to cash and collect and have never met with such bad service. The man on the till was so rude and obviously didn't enjoy his job or dealing with the general public. Unfortunately, the goods were faulty and needed returning- to the same man, and he was even more obnoxious! Management need to send him on a customer care course to learn how to be polite and helpful when dealing with customers. I have vowed to NEVER return to this store. Incidentally, my refund took almost 3 weeks to reach my bank account. Not good enough.

Ordered a fragrance from the range fragrance direct. When it arrived it was packaged in a small think plastic bag! Needless to say on opening the box was battered and had an actual puncture hole, all of which is hardly surprising considering the packaging! Just to put the tin lid on it the fragrance was unsealed and in a box clearly marked TESTER Not for Sale!!!! As this item was intended to go with a more expensive item, as a little extra gift for someones birthday, it is completely useless, and I have had to order another EDP from another company. I have issued a request to return the item for a refund!

Very poor quality products in general, and rude customer service in the Penge store, with an even ruder "manager". They were very reluctant to accept a return of a substandard product.

Awful. I bought something that fell apart within a week that cosy £140. Their customer service has been actively rude and dismissive towards me and failed to respond for weeks, too. I am now down £140 and they offered me a £12 'goodwill gesture'. They also stopped replying when I said I wanted to submit a complaint.

Absolutely terrible service .Bought in garden furniture in store ,paid in full.Told 7day delivery. Contacted customer service after 14 days told wait another 3days contacted again told not even shipped. Would I like refund would take 3_5 days after 5 days customer service quite rude still waiting for refund now,10 days .Will never deal with them again

Placed an online order and cancelled it soon after as some of the items were not even available, yet they still had the nerve to take payment the next day. Then there were ongoing issues with their ridiculous chat process, no opportunity to speak to anybody, and they even got two orders completely mixed up so were stupid enough to not even recognized the two different reference codes. A week later, and I am still chasing this farce of a service, to get my money back. This will be the first and last order placed with this store.

Bought egg chair. Arrived and was faulty and therefore unsafe. Requested refund and as I don't have the palette it came (I have the box) they won't refund. Terrible customer service...poor quality goods. Do not use!

Shocking service. Purchased a wardrobe from online Range, it was damaged when unpacked. The Range Customer Service does not exist, or if it does it’s impossible to contact. We even spent two hours at our local Range shop with the staff trying to help us make contact but to no avail. Two months on after numerous dead end phone calls and emails, we are still waiting for a reply. Don’t buy from Range Online.

I have been emailing everyday about my delivery that they told me would be here on 11th may and when I message them on 11th may they told me I would have to wait the next day until they could help and I have had 2 email from them and nothing to sort my delivery out or offer of a refund

Terrible customer service. Ordered the wrong product (misleading) photo! What a carry on to return an item, I wouldnt buy anything from The Range online.

I ordered 6 x garden chairs, 1 x garden table and 1 x parasol, paid £14.99 for delivery and it took over 3 weeks to get to me and when the delivery arrived NO PARASOL!!!!!. Like some other reviewers 1 star as no option to give no stars!. Still do not know when or where my parasol is, so frustrating that you can not TALK TO A HUMAN, preferably one that speaks English!. 'Live chat' absolutely useless as you have to select a topic and can not enter what you actually want to say!!!.

Putney Road Leicester chose lots of items a full orange trolley full,the metal trolleys need a pound coin and I didn't have one, waited ages in queue to pay, just to check i asked if I could take the orange trolley to the car? response no! could i use an empty trolley abandoned by customer services ? no it was a staff trolley, no choice. I left my shopping as could not get the items to the car. Please make your rules clear to customers it would save time and disappointment. really bad experience

I took a tin of garden paint back to swop for differt shade. The worst customer service I have experienced. A very angry rude lady Spoke to me while serving other customers. Was in there for half an hour being ignored and by administration. Then Almost told it was my problem.

Shocking lack of customer service!!! Left with very expensive item I can't return as nobody gets in touch when asked, no human, all automated. Finally after complaining in store got a collection arranged that never happened. Still out of pocket for over £100 and stuck with item. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM RANGE.

Awful customer service. I bought a bbq smoker. The lid doesn't fit correctly. There is a gap meaning it can't smoke meat. I attempted to contact them on live chat, but there was no answer. I am now on an email thread with them. The responses from the company are taking 24hrs. I need this issue solving ASAP. There is no phone number to contact them and they are absolutely useless at responding.

I don't normally write a review but i have to this time I also gave 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 star I ordered an outside table i was given a delivery date and courier was yodel. waited on 5 separate days for the delivery and it never arrived. The range customer service was not much help at all. I contacted yodel customer chat line which i think is based in India and i all got was pack of lies from them. I will never order again from the range or order from any company that uses Yodel as a courier. I have now requested a chargeback from the card company.

I cancelled an online order and received an email from The Range advising me that the order had been cancelled. Lo and behold, The Range didn't cancel the order and the item was delivered to me. Now try as I might I can't get through to an actual person to resolve. The Range still have several hundred pounds of money with what seems little chance of getting it back.
