I purchased today 2 Christmas bags @ £1.29, and 1 at 99p. When I checked my reciept I had been overcharged by £1.29. I'm afraid to say this is not the first time this has happened always check your reciept before leaving the store.

Hi range you might have bought stock from wilko been in the shop today and noticed floor wipes for one pound wilko sold them for 50 pence I thought second hand goods were cheaper

Bought an item yesterday for £9:99, paid tenner cash, then found it was surplus to requirement today. No problem I thought, package not opened in any way, receipt in pocket, good to go. As luck would have it, the same chap that served me yesterday was on the till. Presented the item and receipt told him it wasn’t needed. No problem he said, tapping keys on the till. Here’s the extra penny, I said, placing it on the counter. Don’t need that he says, I’ll give you the exact money. It will be the exact money, I say, in fact, you can give me that exact same ten pound note that I paid with if you like. Nope, can’t do that, I have to give you £9 and 99p. Ok I said, you do that, then I’ll add this penny to my refund and ask you to swap it for a tenner. Nope, not allowed to do that he says. Rapidly losing the ability to remain polite, I ask if I can speak to his colleague to confirm what he has said. No problem at all she says, instructing him to give me a tenner. Ok sir, I just need your name, address, postcode, national insurance number, passport, driving license, utility bill proof of payment, shoe size, dental records, letter of recognition from your GP, birth certificate, decree nisi, you get the picture. They don’t ask for any extras when you buy with cash, so imo the valid receipt from the day before is sufficient. Told him my name, and said you’re getting nothing else. Couldn’t reimburse me, but colleague could, and did. At least there was one realist on duty then. Why so difficult?

Ordered 6 coffee mugs. Paid for next day delivery but they arrived 4 days later. They were packed in a large box and 4 out of 6 were broken. Rang customer service and it was a waste of time.

Delivery excellent. Packaging not very secure came open when moved into the house. Site says delivery to the room of your choice- delivery team didn't ask just left it at the front door for a woman on her own to move when it was a heavy item. Put table together 6 out of 14 double ended cam shafts and cams didn't tighten. Gaps in legs where wouldnt tighten and legs wobbly when finished. Not a satisfied customer. Low price shouldn't mean poor quality.

I used to enjoy shopping at The Range Portadown. However, over the past couple of years, I feel the staff quality has deteriorated tremendously. With a few notable exceptions, I find staff here at best offhand, at worst downright rude. Additionally, when queried about anything, I find them rxceptionally unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Like I say, there are exceptions, but pleasant competent syaff should NOT be the exception, they should be the tule! This is a shame, as this is a lovely store and should be a pleasure to shop in. Perhaps they should employ a few Polish staff, who could teach their young local colleagues the basics of customer service. And no, I'm NOT Polish myself - I'm Irish!

DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM THIS COMPANY . I spent £700 on a hot tub which broke after 3 weeks.I sent it to be mended and came back with the same fault it turned itself on at 3 in the morning. Yet again took another day of work for it to be collected. It is now sitting in my garage in its box as I have lost all confidence in this product. I have followers all protocol but they are refusing a refund.All in all it only worked for 3 weeks.it’s left me very frustrated and stressed and at the same time I’ve been going through chemotherapy... this was meant to be a bit of fun for my children !

Thank goodness it's going to be delivered at last but how do I know when to be in no indication on email of delivery day or courtier firm you use won't be pleased if I'm out and it's delayed again asked query on your contact form on phone forty minutes to customer service it looks by the write ups as though my review as a Google guide was accurate I give fair reviews for good service and when art is literally your lifeline it's not been a good experience you despatched it in time as tomorrow I was going to phone your head office .

Collected my click and collect order from your Nottingham store. The goods were there, as per the confirmation email, great stuff. However, not sure where they store the goods but the bottom of the box was wet. Luckily it didn't affect my goods but it might affect someone else. Tried to contact them by phone to pass on my comments and the phone just rings out

My daughter bought 3 expanding laurus fencing they took 93 pound odd out her account 3 times got her delivery today only 1 item tryed to get through impossible so never ever again horrible service it says 3 on the invoice only 1 she couldn’t say to the driver who rang the bell and walked away appalling NEVER AGAIN UTTER DISGRACE

Durham shop newly opened just before Christmas and I think there's a few things they need to iron out. More Disabled bays both sides of the door. Waited 20 minutes in the cafe (Costa) today, and walked out in disgust, in the end. Nowhere to put your trolley while your eating/drinking. At the checkout, I handed over a £20 note, but the till had NO change, so I had to pay by card. Come on The Range, get your act together.

Omg , terrible service from this place . Bought a bed for my daughter, had it delivered to her address . She came home from work in the dark , to find four huge box’s on the drive , it had rained all day , they were soaked . She had to carry them into house on her own . An estimated time of three days had been given when ordered and that was it . No text , phone call , email . After waiting at least 15 mins on the phone , was told it was delivery company’s fault , but didn’t know who they were , as they have loads of different ones . Absolutely appalling service , they just couldn’t give a damm!! The Range , you are a disgrace .

Went to the Leeds store today well I tried the car Park now has height barriers so my wheelchair accessible van would not fit under. Would mean parking other end of car park as it was really cold just turned round and drove away, shame really looking forward to visiting not been for few months

The customer service clerk was wonderfully helpful, polite and friendly. The staff who were shelf stacking obstructed aisles with boxes, blocked the path of customers etc.

Went to the range in carlow couldn't believe my eyes the place is huge !!! Caroline at customer service was so helpful to me she was very polite she got another staff member who was a young lad to shoe me were something was that is being looking for overall I was very happy with my first visit to the range in carlow I'll be definitely back to shop happy customer Linda from Newbridge

Got outside rocking bench came flat pack that wasn't a problem I am a fully skilled motor mechanic it took me 31/2 hours to build it up nothing lined up and the instructions we about as much use as a ash tray on a motorbike how the hell they expect a normal person to build it up is beyond me
