"My patio garden furniture arrived this morning. Unpacking it I found the table top damaged. After 76 minutes in the phone queue waiting to speak to customer services, the number of boxes (it arrived in 3 boxes, but the table top was in its own box) it arrived in didn't match thier system. This meant they couldn't just pick up and send a new table top. I had to repack the table as well which came in the box with the 2 seater settee and some cushions. Problem number 1, the box fell apart opening it. Problem number 2, I can't remember how many cushions were in that box and what other bits as it was now all over the garage floor. Problem number 3, they insisted that it has to be picked up in it's original packaging with the correct contents and sent back to them for checking before they would send a replacement. Despite emailing them photos of the damaged table top, and the box it came in, which was the only one still intact, with the part number on the box they refused to just send a new table top. After spending \u00a31,500 on this garden set,I am now left with a damaged table....Avoid the Range like the plague. You have been warned.\r\n\r\nDate of experience: 18 May 2024"
