Terrible communication with online and shop until the management has to be involved . Delivery driver left after checking the smaller bits of the sideboard flat packed furniture . Unfortunately the bigger pieces were stacked on the floor and we found damage after he had gone . Probably won't buy furniture from them again because yesterday I was exhausted from having to go online twice and call the store twice . Inbetween other stuff I was doing . No one knew what was going on but there had been a mix up apparently . Sorry but you have lost a really good regular customer .

I bought Ronseal wood filler from the Watford branch. Got home opened it to use it and it was solid. Obviously, the product should not have been on the shelves. Now I have a 10 mile round-trip to return it and I can’t finish the job I was intending to do. Very annoying. Tried to contact them via phone no answer after 10 minutes. Used the chat assistant and that was so frustrating I gave up in the end.

Saw a garden parasol online. Could click and collect but 3 in store so decided to just go to store to buy. £29 online, £35 in store. Apparently online prices can be cheaper! I said I’d just go on and click & collect but was told that can take an hour. I just left and will buy my parasol from a store with better customer service

Wanted to buy a toaster which I saw on display and asked a member of staff for one in a box. there was a empty box on the shelf but was told I couldn't have that because someone could put other items in it ,but I could order one online, and when I complained at the till they said they couldn't understand that, so the range has lost a sale,I think some of their staff need some training ,( this was the otford branch sevenoaks).

This store has really gone down hill. It's untidy & not all the items are neatly in its place. Plants and flowers section very poor because they had not been watered for days. The cashier seemed bored & fed up. The only reasonable thing is that the prices were okay.

On phone to talk to customer service for nearly 2 hrs was 56 in the queue at 9.06 am it’s now 11.02 and still 18 ahead of me

Still awaiting delivery from.XDP paid £9.95 for delivery item still not arrived 7 days later but taken monies not a happy customer will not be using the range again

Horrendous online experience and after sales service. If it wasn't for Thomas at Leeds Tulip Park intervening it would have been even worse. Leeds staff have been very helpful so a big rhank you to Thomas. He's definitely management material. He listens and helps as well as being polite

Ordered 2 light bulbs nothing wrong with the bulbs but excessive packaging of plastic could have put them in a box.

Went to Alphington Exeter store yesterday and purchased 3 x packs choc coins,butterkist and weed killer. Waited 10 mins in queue to pay and the cashier laid the weedkiller on its side and it was leaking. She pressed the bell for a member of staff who came over and wiped the coins and butterkist said they may smell funny but will be ok !! I do not wish to eat the butterkist or give my Grandsons the choc coins. He wiped the weedkiller and said ok? I said as quite a lot had leaked i wanted a replacement. After waiting 15 minutes he returned with i presume another one and said sarcastically ok ? I said i wasnt happy and he walked away. I have never had such treatnent before and often visit the store.Not happy at all.

Went to the range , in Norwich, was going to spend fair amount of money on Xmas decorations, asked member of staff who was sitting on floor casually putting some Dec's on hooks on shelf if there was anymore of the light up fairground moving ornaments, and reply I got was " don't know ,still more stuff to put out " couldn't be bothered to go look and she was even still sitting on floor !!! Couldn't even be bothered to get up and be professional, the range used to be a good store to shop but standards are very poor especially when it comes to staff !! They should have training on how to help .

This is a product review, Cotton fitted sheet and oxford pillowcases, 180 thread count. I'm not happy with the way they have washed, first wash before they even went on the bed and they look like some hippy dye job. Can't take them back as no longer have the packaging but won't buy from here again.

went to the range this morning.purchased a few items and proceeded to checkout.unfortunatley one of the birthday card i had would not scan.the assistant radioed for a barcode check and described the card..4 TIMES ITOLD HER IT WAS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF.SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME.MY HUSBAND THEN TOLD HER THEY WERE ON THE BOTTOM SHELF.i then told her i had explained to her 4 times that they were on the bottom shelf and that she had totally ignored me and my husband.she said they had now found them and proceeded to serve me without any thanks or any manners...SO RUDE...i work in retail and would not dare ignore or speak to a customer like she did.

Customer Services Don't Reply... Purchased three collapsible garden benches and tables online. Delivery was well arranged and delivered ahead of schedule. On arrival, it appeared the quality was a little lacking and one of the tables was damaged - chip out of it. Packaging tatty and torn, billowing bubble wrap down the street... Emailed customer services immediately, who took one week to answer. The reply was that the table could be exchanged. However, I needed the table that very day for a party. Hence the order. I explained and asked for an immediate replacement. Since then ( 6 days and counting ) I have heard nothing. Therefore, I've paid for a broken product and The Range don't seem concerned. First time using The Range, and I would advise checking before accepting delivery as the aren't seemingly concerned with returns.

Went to burton range .most of what I wanted to buy was not priced so didn’t bother.and what I did buy had to have refund for because it was put under the wrong price on the shelf.i bought a Kongo toy for my puppy . ,when I got home the ladie who served me had not taken the security tag off so will have to return to the store through no fault of mine .not good service.

A large mirrored picture delivered cracked. It has been discontinued. I want to replace the mirror as I like the art work. The offer of a discount is £10. Or a £12 gift card .poor customer service

Watford range. Ordered a bed,a Blanco wardrobe a 2 Blanco bed side units in july2021 order was taken by Jon who worked In the furniture dept said will with you in 14 days items never came on time tried to ring customer services but was on hold for over 1 hour. Any way went back to Watford store to complain customer service did not want to know and called jon down he said to follow him to his desk he said he had a special number to get thru witch he can not give to customers he sort the problem out. And they came 4 days later. I asked if he could build them he said yes he will get his brother to do and charge a small price which i agreed. At the start of August 2021 I went back to arrange a date and found out jon had a stroke managers refused to give his contact details.

Ordered items on 8th Nov due to be delivered on the 15th. Since be told it will be another 7-10 days which seems to be the standard response. Hoping i get it soon but who knows!

The aisles are too small. Hardly any room to move. The aisles need to be wider. More tills need to be open all at the same time, to prevent overly-long queues. I've noticed a certain pattern now, in a lot of big shops, where even though they have around eight tills, only three of them will be open. Is this some kind of wind-up? I don't think customers will appreciate this. Especially at very chaotic times of the year like christmas, black Friday, January sale's, etc. Some of the customers just seem like theyre only coming to The Range, to check out other customers and judge them. That is snobbery. All customers are entitled to buy whatever they want from here. No matter what they look like, or how old they are, etc. Such snobby people shopping here.
