I bought Ronseal wood filler from the Watford branch. Got home opened it to use it and it was solid. Obviously, the product should not have been on the shelves. Now I have a 10 mile round-trip to return it and I can’t finish the job I was intending to do. Very annoying.
Tried to contact them via phone no answer after 10 minutes. Used the chat assistant and that was so frustrating I gave up in the end.
