Bought 3 piece suite from range delivered 24/12/2020 repair done on collapsed arm on armchair in May now beginning of August arm on other armchair and sofa same problem.Contacted range 4 days ago no response.There customer service in non existent for such large business shameful.Surelt £1000 suite shouldn't be falling apart after less than 8 months.

I have sent 3 e mails to you regarding smashed glass on outdoor table delivered last M m onday. No response so what do I do next. Totally frustrated after a long wait for delivery. Never again.

I placed an order with the Range online ,got no confirmation email for order, got in to help line and they said there was no active order on the system. After 4days I got an email saying the order would be delivered on 31 March on the same day I got another email from DPD to say my order would be delivered on 29 March which it did . It seems to me that they don't communicate with each other.

Not impressed with Worcester Store.Poorly set out takes you a while to find what your looking for and not cheap either. Alot of young staff there and never seems to be any sign of any management. The Tannoy system seems to have got louder and is annoying. Twice now I've picked up things that have the wrong price on the shelf. I live near this establishment and the company is a nightmare. We have to endure noise from the staff working in the loading bay messing about, playing music and one particular individual doesn't know the meaning of quiet.Never see any management overseeing anything. Christmas time had to endure loud Christmas Music which was on at 7 30am one morning and went on until close at 9pm!!! VERY LOUD TANNOY CAN HEAR WITH WINDOWS SHUT!! Deliveries morning noon and night.No respect for residents living locally.

Helpful staff on the shop floor but terrible on the customer service desk. Queues of people waiting with one lady on the till and the supervisor just standing around chatting and laughing with various members of staff. The supervisor needs a course to help him learn some people skills. This is the Clacton store

Been to the range in Rhyl. Went to the indoor cafe situated on the first floor. Very disappointing, staff not wearing face coverings behind the counter and on the floor around cafe. Tables weren't cleaned between customers. Table we sat at had not been cleaned at all. Staff just talking to each other as they weren't busy. Should have been cleaning tables as per current Welsh government covid 19 regs

Ordered two arm chairs 7 weeks ago and was told they would be delivered within 3 weeks... however, after several phone calls and even a 'visit' to the store, the staff member seemed unable to tell us where the chairs were and when we could expect them. He did of course 'remind us' that there is a 10% 'penalty charge' if we cancel the order... We have now received a phone call to say they 'have one of the chairs and are not sure when they will have the other'......... Oh, and on our last 'visit' to enquire about our chairs, I purchased a few small items and promptly discovered that the numbers on the keypad of the card machine at the (very unhelpful 'assistant's') pay booth, had totally gone!! After trying for some time to 'remember' where the numbers should be, the 'assistant' somewhat rudely pointed out a grubby piece of paper stuck to his 'distance screen', which had the numbers hand written on it!!! Come on, buy another card machine - And The Range, please train your staff!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Had a sofa delivered that has a hole in it. Was told it would be collected within 3 to 5 days. That didn't happen so hen I was told 5 to 7 days. Still didn't happen so was then told 10 days. Still waiting weeks later. Stuart on the customer service line was rude and unhelpful and Emma at head office was even worse. Would never use these cowboys again. Hopefully people will read these reviews and stop shopping there because this joke of a company needs a wake up call.

I purchased online 300 solar lights. They were sold as a bright white but are almost blue. I charged them in full sun for 5 days but they are only coming on for a couple of hours and then quite faintly. I have bought from other shops before but due to shielding had to buy online. I have read all the bad reviews so will not waste time and money trying to sort it out. Will not use the store again, online or visiting, I should mention that I have had trouble with wrong ticket pricing as mentioned. Paignton store, Devon.

Had two 3seater sofas delivered Delivery driver and colleague was try to force through front door. And then the nerve left all the packaging on front garden

Long story short - I have rang up 4 times to wait over an hour each time before speaking to customer service, the waiting music is enough to drive anyone insane, and each time I spoke to someone nothing was resolved. Longer version - Ordered a desk, estimated delivery date 3 weeks, perfect as moving to a new property in 2 weeks. After 1 week I get an email saying it was being delivered the next day. Logistics company couldn't rearrange so phoned The Range. They contacted them to stop the delivery and redeliver when moved to the new property. Next day the logistics company said they attempted to deliver it and need to rearrange delivery via The Range. Attempt 2, called customer service (1hr 30 on hold), they said not to worry it would be delivered on the day I move into the property. I move into the property expecting desk to be delivered, nothing. Next day receive an email that they received my returned desk and will be processing a refund. Attempt 3, phoned customer service (1hr15 on hold), they couldn't work out what had happened so said I needed to reorder to product. Glad I waited for that advice. Desk number 2 has now not been delivered on time, courier can't provide tracking information for some reason so I need to speak to Range customer service. Attempt 4, 1hr 5 on hold, told it should be there after the weekend. Needed the desk 5 days ago. I understand that I have got to take into consideration the impact on the ongoing pandemic, so the logistics company issues I can live with, 2 stars as customer service waiting time is way to long and they have failed constantly to solve anything. If the desk is damaged when/if it finally arrives I might have a mental breakdown.

I bought a wall clock it wasn’t working, I’d lost the receipt so contacted Aintree Liverpool shop, a lad answered the phone very rudely. However he did say just bring it back and we will exchange it. I arrived at the Aintree retail and went to customer service desk. Standing at the desk was a manager talking ( chit chat ) with one of her colleagues. They both completely ignored me for a good 5 minutes eventually I had to say are you serving? The response was so rude, it’s put me off ever shopping in there again. Also got my second clock home and now I need to go back because this clock is also broken ☹️

Yesterday visited Aberdeen store for a coffee. It was Costa coffee the best ,but they served it up in paper cups. There was a pile of lovely Costa cups,so WHY serve up in paper. It was just not the same!!

I visited the Range today to buy an Addis washing up bowl and a gro bag tray for the greenhouse. I found the trays in the garden dept. and as usual, the item was unpriced. I took item to the til and queued to get a price check. I then returned tray to the shelf as it was a cheaper online. I would like to point out that the pricing in your Penzance branch is ‘hit and miss’ at best and has been since the branch opened. Last summer I contacted you about my purchase of two wetsuits. They were wrongly priced at the display in two areas of the shop. At the til I was charged a higher price and despite showing the assistant the large, brightly coloured display ticket I was told that store policy was to ignore your own price labels. I had much the same response from your head office. I have avoided your store since but today decided enough time had passed and went on to purchase an Addis bowl. I was not surprised when, at the til I was charged more than the shelf ticket. I was told to visit customer service. I photographed the label on the shelf and showed it to a very helpful customer service lady (Megan). Again I was told store policy is to charge the higher price. I must admit I was annoyed and pointed out that this has happened to me before. I asked to see the manager who wasn’t in today and a call was put in to Megan’s supervisor. I was somewhat happier when it was agreed to refund the disputed amount. I write to you here to thank Megan for her patient help. I feel that ‘The Range’ really need to get their act together and sort out the lack of pricing generally and more importantly Get The Prices Right both on the tickets and at the point of sale. It is both frustrating and a waste of customers time to come up against this on every visit to your store. I would point out that this is hardly ever a problem elsewhere. It’s seemingly a ‘Range’ exclusive! I would welcome your thoughts on this matter. Do I win £200? Yours A R Pentreath

The Range at Darlington Retail Park.So disrespectful today, they had 2 mins silence at 11am for rememberence day with there loud music playing during silence in shop. Couldn’t they have turned the music off.

Order date 31st May. One cot. Delivery advised for 5th June, never arrived whilst the insistence was I should be in to sign for delivery. Wasted morning. Now re scheduled for 12th June. I ordered it a week in advance of when I needed it. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this retailer and delivery company based on my experience so far.

26 may 2019 ordered kingsale table and 4 chairs. Paid for them at the Range cannock. Phone call 3 may 2019 delivery. Delivery drivers arrived 1 parcel. A table top??? Sorry nothing else for this address. Phoned Head office. Spoke to Chris I'll follow the order up I'll call you back nothing. 4 may rang again spoke to Chris again on no got in touch leave it with me. 9th may spoke to Nathan same story 10 may spoke to Zachary should be in the next 24/48 hours . 13 may spoke to kate. 14 may spoke to Catherine. Should be the next 24 /4th ours. I said they have been telling me this for over a week. I'm cancelling the order.. Won't give me my money back till they have fetched the table top. 21 may came to pick up table top.and deliver my order said I had cancelled and had to pick up table top. 21 may went to the range cannock branch spoke to VICKY ok done. 22 may back to the range money not in account. Left till after the bank holiday. 28 may returned to the range spoke to the manager stev he was Goingto look into it . 29 may spoke to sam. And after Nealy 4 weeks of endless phone calls. Returning to the range cannock. My money has finally returned to my account. No sorry or compensation as been said . The loss of work ive had leaving work early making up time husband changing shifts .and absolute disgrace. Looking forward to your reply. I thank you

I ordered an item as a birthday gift for my daughter on 21/3/19 I was given delivery date of 28th (her birthday was 27th,so thought ok,it was something she wanted,it finally arrived evening of 3rd April. Trying to speak to anyone was hopeless the customer service was a joke. Jill

On 3 occasions at the Shrewsbury store the items were more expensive at the till than displayed on the shelf, the girl at the check out wasn’t interested and said she could only go by the till price
