Daughter ordered garden furniture, has been given 2 delivery dates so far by the contracted firm Furdeco, both times no-show, now she's trying to get her money back from The Range they are saying no, not until they can sort this out with Furdeco. That is not HER problem!!! The Range should re-imburse her NOW or ensure the item she's paid for is delivered. Meanwhile to add insult to injury, they've reduced the price of the item she'd ordered. Disgusting service when trying to sort this debacle out with The Range.
