Ordered 3 items. They arrived within the time frame however was not the quality required. Returned items to store to be told they had to be returned via the range online as they were unable to process in store.
No return slip in parcels so I tried to make phone contact with is impossible. Everything has to be done by chat, email or WhatsApp. Tried every avenue without success. The WhatsApp automated message indicates they will get back to you within 4 hours. 3 days later im still waiting. Today got an email advising if items are returned they will deduct £4 per item out of my refund.
Lesson learnt. I'll use John Lewis in future!
