I ordered 2 lanterns and received 1. After several emails, RAnge bot, and Whatsapp (which they never replied to) they said they're sending a replacement, only to be told this morning via email, ' thank you for letting us know you've received your replacement, we will cancel the replacement order.' Huh? They sent me 1 picture if the 1 box with the said lantern in it, not another picture of the 2nd lantern, because, it never arrived. As I paid through Klarna, all payments are paused. Let's see how they handle that.... I'll wait. CAUTION ⚠️ THERE IS NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICES NUMBER. IT'S ALL DONE THROUGH AUTOMATED/SCRIPTED.
