Returns are a nightmare, return was agreed due to faulty item ( large pergola ), said had to pack it up and it would be collected, thats fine, then message saying that I had to return it myself and they would send label, then message saying it would be delivered, i'm not wanting a delivery, even the delivery company couldnt say if it was a delivery or collection, states customer service available from 8.00am, then chat bot says 9.00 am, everything about their systems is total confusion and impossible to talk to anyone
