I received regular updates on the progress of my purchase (Lawn mower & Line). I was able to track my item successfully. Two days before delivery I received a text from the Range. I also got a text on the day of delivery. The courier contacted me when they were about 30 mins from delivering the item.
So I am generally very pleased with my purchase.
