Myself and my wife who is blind went shopping at the range today in Derry/Londonderry for summer seating, we encountered a helpful lady by the name of Wendy she made our shopping trip so much easier, she was so so helpful. Every store should have a Wendy

l did recieve problems with sofa l ordered , and getting any answer's though email but once l did get though to a human they were brilliant

I ordered two standard floor lights online on Monday night and received them by Tuesday lunchtime the very next day. They were very well packed, no dents or scratches and glass shade was very well protected in polystyrene mould. Unlike some reviews i read of damaged goods and nearly put me off buying, but im glad i did buy as they look lovely in my living room and were easy to assemble.

Mary Quinn , ( I think from furniture) was on the customer service desk when l visited the range in Renfrew last week. She was so helpful, kind and very professional in helping me. I was looking for a certain type of wall paper which the range in glasgow told me it was discontinued. Mary went away out of her way and found it was still active but not in stock. She said she would phone me as soon as it came in , which she did three days later . I so appreciated the service she gave me in such a lovely manner . She must be an asset to your company . Too many people write to complain these days so I thought I would write something positive, I also found other members of staff helpful. I come from the other side of the city and the range in Glasgow would normally be where I go . That’s Where I was told paper was discontinued,, So I will think twice which range to shop in these days Note: I handed in a thank you card and as I have Alzheimer’s I called her Margaret) lol

Paid extra £2 for Express delivery, did receive an Email saying might be a delay with delivery. Received further Email saying no delay. Parcel delivered by DHL on day stated for Express delivery . Price of goods excellent compared to Amazon and Ebay .One rod was bent could not have been bent during packing/delivery marked Fragile, well wrapped in bubble wrap, as other item another rod was straight. The bent rod was not returned as it worked to my advantage, 6ft window with heavy 1mtr drop net curtain ,turned the rod so the bow was upwards ,hence no sagging in the middle. Did not need the return , a return label was enclosed in the packaging though. Very happy with result.

Ordered from the Range and paid for quicker delivery and it came exactly at the time they said. Opening my purchase of 4 cushions they were perfect and just what I wanted really pleased they are gorgeous. Thank you all at the range and Merry Christmas

Ordered a gazbo from the range online afew months ago only put it up recently and i am absoulety over the moon with it very easy to put up it has stayed up during the very strong winds and has been admired from many neighbours who are also going to purchase one will definitely order from the range again.

The lady who helped us in the range at the dockside Chatham was very helpful. My disabled mother was purchasing net curtains and heavy curtains for herself. The lady was very helpful and measured the nets to the several lengths we required. The heavy curtains we wanted were for a track so mire difficult to find. The assistant looked round all the curtains and found ones for tracks and bought them to my mum. She then carried them down the stairs while we went in the lift and waited at the checkout with us. Very helpful indeed unlike the staff at dunelm in Maidstone who kept telling us what we couldn't have rather than letting us the customer have what we wanted. Well done to the range

Hi, Few days ago we went to local Range and liked one of their sofas. Ordered online on the same day it has just been delivered today - quickly, efficiently, undamaged. I have to say that I was really concerned after reading all these negative reviews however my experience is completely different. We have been notified about delivery date and received phone call shortly before delivery so all good. Happy customer :)

Went there today to get my key cut great deal a for £10 massive air but staff handed out free water and got my key cut ahead of me so I could just get there pay for it and go.really understanding staff.

Went to the willenhall store and was so impressed with two managers (Julie,Matt) came out to the queue to make sure everyone was alright, they saw a very elderly Asian man who had trouble standing they asked us all if we had any issues with him moving to the front of the queue and of course no one did, they then got a trolley cleaned it for him and let him in the store, how FANTASTIC this is in this horrible time, they then can out to thank us for our kindness and patience, these two deserve a round of applause, fantastic management!!!!!!!

Ordered my 4 piece bedroom furniture. Came within one week of ordering. Good value for money! Kept informed about my delivery, the delivery guy was friendly and polite! My new furniture looks amazing... thank you. Will be ordering from you again in the future.

well i just telephoned making enquiry to an item i wanted. the phone rang 3 times and was answered politely. the assistant then went to the gardening dept to find the item and within 3 mins came back saying so sorry but its product we dont actually sell. her manner was excellent and sorry i cannot fault the store. on my visit yesterday i was helped by 2 staff and security guard lifting and putting items into car. they were brilliant
