I am in the middle of a Range, nervous breakdown. My wife brought an item online which, when it turned up was nothing like the picture advertised. Took it back to the store in Plymouth to get a refund. And they basically said computer says no. If you buy online to send it back, you have to first contact there So called. Customer care department. Tried that twice first time there were 27 people in the queue and the second time 33 people in the queue waiting for range to answer. It sounds as if most of the stuff people buy from range get sent back
