“The manager of the furniture Dept was a very friendly & polite young man& nothing was too much trouble.also I had some keys cut & the lady was so nice, very friendly & I absolutely love the store.”

“I ordered a water stand for my tree this year for Xmas I literally ordered and got it the next day I wernt to sure at first as it looked small in the picture online but when I received the parcel it was way bigger than I expected so I know it will definitely hold my tree this year brilliant service will be using again”

“What an amazing team in the gosport branch. Dan from the furniture department was so helpful and went that extra mile to make sure I was able to get what I wanted. He even carried it to my car!! Brilliant customer service. Also Maria who certainly knows her department and was able to find what I was looking for. Also Rob who also helped carry my purchases. I will definitely be visiting again soon, a lovely shopping experience”

“I purchased a letterboard which I have been on the lookout for at a decent price for some time. I haven't been able to find one for less than £50 which is a lot for a little girls room. In the range I found two - one at £14.99 and one at £19.99 both better made than the ones online for £50 and a hell of a lot cheaper. Very happy to have stumbled across those bargains!”
