Sittingbourne branch - Friday 30th May 2025 I would like to personally thank Paula at the Sittingbourne branch for helping me whilst I was having a diabetic hypo. She stayed very calm and stopped serving customers to ensure I was ok. She kept me calm and talking whilst I was drinking my full fat coke and made sure I was ok all the time. I was very conscious that she was leaving customers to help me (please note there were very few customers at this point) but equally I’m so grateful she was there to help, It’s nice to know there are kind, good hearted people there
