I was returning an item purchased from the Range store in Romford, very rude customer service. The manager then argued with me and did not want to take the goods back, although this was illegal. I had to call the senior manager and she refunded my money. A very unpleasant situation.

The range customer service is useless , no one to speak too as when you phone you are told the you can only contact them via email or on line chat. I am waiting for goods to be delivered and was promised on the online chat that they would look into this and update me. 5 days later still no response .The range does not even deserve 1 star

I sent an email and whats app message to cancel and to obtain a refund on 2.7.24. I received a receipt of my order when I clearly stated that I am cancelling and want a refund. I have no replies from either the email after that or a reply to my whats app message. I received the product after 24 hours which would given them ample of time to cancel my order. I tried to contact on 'live chat' and no one replied. It appears no one is interested in the customer after they have paid.

My wife ordered some garden furniture, They say its with panther deliveries, panther say the range has not sent it,have a feeling i have been conned, 4 days later still the same with NO COMMUNICATION From the range, no reply from chat room, just ignored,

I visited the kings Lynn branch on Saturday where I was spoken to absolutely disgusting from Ollie a staff member he was so rude .I payed for my shopping then proceeded to to to the other checkout to help my daughter carry her items , I saw there were wet floor signs out so walked carefully past ,it's then he asked why I'd gone past the sign and made a big thing of it but his manners was so rude and loud , so I tried to explain that a wet floor sign does mean closed off , If he hadn't off being bust chatting to his colleague he may if seen where I was walking and said politely instead off rudely speaking to me like a dish rag . Think someone should speak to Ollie about customer service and he obviously can't do his job properly

I visited kings Lynn store on Saturday and went through the checkouts and walked to another checkout to help my daughter carry her items , there were some wet floor signs out so I just thought it was to warn customers but this staff member very rudely shouted why have you come through here and made a big deal of it , He said it was closed off but nothing to say that .a wet floor doesn't mean closed off .If he hadn't off just been chatting to his colleague he perhaps would if told be politely instead off being so rude , think someone should speak to Ollie about customer service .other customers agreed with me too .

The great thing about the range are the wide range of items. Very disappointed with the lack of missing price labels. I would say this has been ongoing for years. Staff on site do not care. I even spoke to a section manager about the issue and she wasn't bothered. Trading standards used to go to stores and check price labels matched the goods. Sadly that isn't the case now. Pity as this is what is letting the range down. Maybe management need a shake up of the importance of prices on goods. It isn't rocket science.

I ordered 3 pack rolls of wall paper, all same colour . when the decorator had done the first roll he opened the second only to find it’s a different colour!! I tried to call range but the number doesn’t work anymore so was told to chat to the robot which wasn’t available to chat either! I write an email and no one even honoured me with a reply! The decorator had to stop as we figure out what next as we couldn’t put the 2 different colours next to each other!!! What an appalling service!!!!!😩

Use to work in the altrincham store was good at first learnt so many new skills but I would not advise anyone to work here they are bully's who do everything possible to destroy your confidence from the area manager and acting store manager right down to the young sales mangers who have been in the job 5 minutes there is zero professionalism sales managers sleeping with a member of staff so he gets away with being lazy an work shy

I ordered 2 fans. So a few days later I went to check on my order. Found it to be cancelled. I had no comms at all from this company. I have no refund yet 3 -5 working days I must wait. They cancelled my order.

Took the money for my item never had any tracking or delivery details followed it up said DPD delivered to an address in an area I don’t even live constantly fobbed off with the odd email after days saying they will look into it repeatedly asked them for a refund get ignored I’ve tried on Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, live chat all go ignored you can’t speak to anyone on the phone the stores don’t pick up their phones either. They steal your money and don’t send your items and it’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I will never order online from them again

Trying to get hold off someone is a joke. Talk to a robot on text message. I would advise do not order on line if you want to buy something go in store. While humans are still working there.

Ordered item, wrong colour sent, which was a lot cheaper then colour I wanted, asked for return, they are ignoring my emails and chat just says they need to contact supplier, 4 working days, will wait then send back via PayPal, but the I have to pay postage!!! Absolutely useless, will NEVER use again, message to THE RANGE “get your act together”!!!!

This company should not be trading, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would advise you stay clear of this company, because any issue you have will not be resolved. I have been for months now for a refund, keep being lied too that a refund has been processed, the customer service lines which took 2 hours to get through have been replaced with robots on chat, which is a joke. Disgusting company, needs to be investigated, shame on you CEO, you should hang your head in shame running a company in this way

Ordered items from The Range which was delivered on 18/06/2024. However, the items received were damaged. Tried to contact The Range but no phone number reachable. Requested to contact them via chat or watsup , but not able to get through to them. Absolutely rubbish and disappointing customer service. Not recommended to shop with them.

Goods oedered on line did not arrive. Customer Service number is useless and after 2 hrs in queue the lines closed but left me in a queue. On line contact is also useless as takes ages to get a reply and still didn't resolve the issue. Even head office don't reply to your letter. Worst Customer Service ever. Just don't order on line.

I've been waiting 2 months for my order. I've contacted The Range numerous times to be told I'll get a response in "4 working days". The last communication I had from them was 4th June. I've chased 3 times since but no reply. Awful service.

Placed an order online. The order was delivered no issues. Two items I received were not fit for purpose. The first item refund was quickly dealt with. The other item (shears) came from Rinkit Ltd. One month later I still have not received a refund. The shears all bent out of shape trying to trim a Bush. Everytime I contact the range I get a different story. Today I was told the retailer Rinkit Ltd didn't know what the fault was and now the person I have spoke to has "clarified" the issue with the retailer. I asked for the complaints procedure which she has gave details of but they do not have a complaints department??? Then cut me off!!! I have tried to leave a review against the item twice now and the keep removing it. I will never shop at the range again. Absolutely shocking service.
