Simple order, the confirmation said they would contact me once it has been dispatched. 6 days later, no contact. I sent a question via their online form and got a reply saying they will try to reply in about 4 days!
Fortunately I used Paypal so I complained to them, the parcel was sent 2 days later!
There is no excuse for such slack trading, the world is full of quality online shops, this is clearly not one of them, there appears to be no attempt the look after their customers
