Appalling customer service both instore and online and will never shop at this store again. I ordered 2 items online...one I was advised after I had ordered had to be collect from the store (delivery charged) the other arrived 10 days later. When I wanted to return this item, I had to wait at the customer service desk while the member of staff finished his personal call, to then be told that I could not return this item as I purchsed it online. I called, emailed and filled in the form on line and still no responce!!
Cheap store...not worth shopping in, who really need better procedures and train their staff!!!
