Ordered a 1k garden furniture set from the cannock store given receipt with highlighted delivery date of 17th March! No delivery came. Called the store to be told by a rude and dismissive customer service representative l.. 'oh yeah they are delayed by like 3-4 days but ups nothing to do with us its the courier!' No pology no communication and no ownership! Call customer services to be promised they will chase and email within 5 days to confirm new date and we receive nothing! Call again to be told its at the docks and will be with us within 10 days. 7th April delivery arrives i open the boxes to find 2 tables and no sofas! Livid! Still on hold after 40 mins waiting for a resolution. Do not shop with this company service is shocking!
