Appalling customer service don’t answer nails or calls.
They however are excellent at taking your order letting you know it’s on its way but their delivery service is non existent and no one can tell you where your delivery is??? Even failed to get a response from any of the directors....
Next step is trading standards I’m afraid... what a shame as I did consider the range a great place to shop until I used their delivery service
