Don’t bother appalling customer service!! Been trying to return a parasol and stand for over 2 weeks! It took me 3 days and hours on the phone before I managed to speak to someone, I was sent an email and was told I would hear back to arrange a pickup for my items as they’re from a trusted partner and you can’t return them to the store, even though I paid The Range for the items! I’m returning them because the specifications are wrong on website!! I have had no update or contact for over a week. Tried phoning again but...another 2 hours wasted and no response to my email asking for update. Need I say more!! Never again!!!
