Customer care at the range is awful, especially if you order an item online. I was charged twice for garden furniture and have contacted them multiple times via telephone and email. On hold for over an hour each time and no response to emails. When I finally did reach someone they told me they'd get back to me with an update but of course they didn't, I emailed and called again and am yet to move any further forward.
