I have been waiting 7 days for someone to get back to my email, all I require is an authorization to send an item back from one of their 'trusted partners', during this time I have phoned their customer service number twice, I eventually disconnected after waiting for 45 minutes each time.
I advise anyone reading this not to buy from The Range.
