The Range.. disgusting customer service selling item they do not have!!
Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star!!
An absolute disgusting service!! Orders a parcel last month and told… due to the Suez Canal issues. The cargo ship was stuck for a week.. not a month! By the time I get this parcel it will be 5 weeks late..this was the first time ordering on line with The Range.. a d will be the last
A. I ordered a parcel that was supposed to be in stock.. not waiting to go into stock.
B. I have just received a message to day saying congratulations your parcel is being dispatched… stating I will get in on the 31/05… this is disgraceful customer service and a ruined birthday for my fiancé.
As it has been dispatched where is it coming from… Australia by foot!!
C. Why are you selling items you do not have in stock.
I don’t expect a response from yourselves as if your customer service is to go by
