I purchased a floor lamp xmas time,it;s stopped working ahter six month's.
I rang the Llansamlet store in Swansea i spoke to the most unhelpful man on the phone,I was told because i had no receipt and paid by cash,there was nothing they could do,His attitude was appauling.Asked to speke to a manager,he kept me on hold for 30 mins,then to be cut off.I just wanted some advice.I have take further action.not at all happy
