Bought a microwave online from the range ,arrived 17/05/2021.
Stopped heating food a week ago .
Contacted the online customer service after 4 days not hear back so managed to get a phone number , after 30 min waiting for someone to answer a voice said we can’t take your call at the minute please call back . What a way to treat your customers. If you order on line the shop doesn’t want to know, the customer service don’t want to answer. Beware of shopping at the range
