The worst customer service ever, bought a 3 in 1 barbecue which was damaged on delivery, despite informing them on the day of delivery, I am still waiting for a refund and for the goods to be collected, 7 weeks later. 18 emails back and forth and getting nowhere. The staff are dismissive and rude and don’t know the law. If you have to buy anything from The Range ( which I would strongly advise against) use a credit card. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I have emailed the CEO , been on Twitter, Facebook, contacted everyone I can find. The worst company I have ever dealt with it
