Bought a monte carlo clever spa from the range on pitsea back on 19th March. Set the spa up in middle of may and have used it once then found 3 punchers in the spa and the seam had also split. Spoke to the range and they told me to speak with the manufacturer who you can't even get hold of. I have a warranty with these but nobody seems to want to help me. I have spent the best part of £700 on this and for what. I am going to take the spa back to the store a demand a refund.
