I should have realised low cost means low quality.
Purchased a set of blinds before Christmas and was very happy to start with. However now summer is here they have melted and sag in the middle. Because it's just over 6 months since purchase, the range want me to "hire an independent tradesmen to write them a report on why the blinds are defective"... For blinds that you can clearly see have melted!
Hiding behind distance selling regulations and not using common sense is the very definition of poor customer service
