Do not order anything from their trusted partners. It was a bulky delivery and it came days earli8er than advertised so we werent expected it. Wrong size item sent (with a defect, too) delivered and it's been blocking my hallway for a month as it doesnt fit. No contact number or escalation process - the people on the standard phone returns line say they literally can't do anything until the trusted partner team pick up their emails. Have contacted head office also with a complaint but no reply. Also left feedback on the 'post call feedback mechanism' and no reply to that either. Avoid at all costs.
