Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across!
We ordered and paid £1500 for garden furniture in March this year, told latest delivery would be June 3rd, we are still waiting!! We have visited store 3 times as it is impossible to get through to Customer Services 0345 number, left waiting 1.5hrs twice and still no answer!! Trying to telephone, speak to customer service is impossible and forget emails!! We have never known such bad customer service, it is NON EXISTENT! The Range are very happy to take your money and hold it their bank for 6 months while the customer is still waiting, do NOT order garden furniture ever from the Range if it is not in stock, we will never use this company again and hope they are NAMED & SHAMED in the papers!!
