Customer service is appalling, no answer to emails, and don't bother trying to phone them, they don't bother to answer the phones!! Ordered lots of things from them, but 1 was due for delivery much later than the rest, no problem until the delivery date passes and no order received! Still waiting for someone to get back to me after saying they'd "chase it up"
