Hi,
I have refused my delivery because I couldn’t cancel my order due to waiting time on the phone (calls never answered), despite calling several times.
I called everyday from the 11th August for a week but still had no luck on getting through to the customer service for my refund.
Due to my order being linked to the Range plus, the waiting time on the phone is triple.
I have also sent 4-5 emails regarding the issue but had no reply either.
