Unhelpful customer service assistant today wouldn’t serve me even though there was only one till open.
Put my items back because of the poor customer service.
Store in a complete mess moved all the craft stuff upstairs so couldn’t find half of it. Why mix Xmas stuff downstairs and upstairs ???
Got so angry had to leave the store.
