Ordered a 2 man pop up tent online. When it arrived there were parts missing and it was damaged . Called customer service to arrange the return and was told I would have my refund within 3-5 days of the item being received - pretty easy so far. After that it went down hill. Collection couriers didn’t arrive within their 2 hour time slot resulting in the collection having to be rearranged. Item was finally collected and returned. A week after collection I call to chase my refund and was told it’ll be in my account in 2 working days. 3 working days later no refund. Another call to customer service. I’m now advised the refund will take 5-7 working days. At this point The Range have had my money for an item that I’ve had no use of for nearly a month. Needless to say they will be getting another call in 2 working days. And don’t ever try and leave a review for an item as it won’t be approved !!!
