we picked up 2 christmas ornaments at the range paisley priced £7.99 each when we got to the cash desk we got charged £15.99 each.
when we said the price to the assistant she called on someone to price them they shouted the price at £7.99.
we asked to speak to management who appeared and said we have to pay £15.99.im sure consumer rights would say it has to be sold at the price on the shelf we have spent a lot over last few years in the range but left feeling angry especially the arrogant attitude from the supervisor we wont be using the store again.
