Placed an order for next day delivery.....4 days later it arrived. Contacted customer services, no apology...as always poor customer service. Not opened the items yet, but if they are faulty or not as expected i will take back to my store which is 5 minute drive from my home. Had the Range not been able to fulfil their delivery terms, the should let customers know and not charge £5.95.
