Terrible customer service
No response via email or Twitter
Contacted by phone to cancel order as I can’t wait for the delayed delivery (for which I have received no communication), was put through to four different departments to achieve this basic task, with long waiting times between each. Had to give up while waiting to the ‘retention’ department who are apparently the only ones who can cancel an order. Have a life to live though so could not hold on after half an hour of waiting (after already being on hold to other departments for the same amount of time)
Do not order from the range!!
