Appalling Customer experience
Called The Range yesterday to cancel an order. I misheard the information about my refund - I thought the call handler said refund in 25 days which I said I felt was a long time to wait - he then asked me what I thought he said and I replied 25 days - he said no I said 2 to 5 days for your refund, which I replied was acceptable and we ended the call - only the call handler clearly though I had cleared the call when I heard him say 'Efin idiot'. The most appalling customer service and totally disgusted to be called that. Email to Their Customer Services Department and no response.
