Next Day delivery turned up two days late, when my items arrived items were smashed due to poor packaging. I made two telephone calls, the first went dead while in a queue, the other was a lady who appeared just woken up from a nap and put phone down on me. Despite numerous emails with pictures attached of faulty items, no reply at all. I went into my bank and filled in few boxes for chargeback and they refunded my money from The Range. Check with your bank to see if its possible. Even if its not possible , the report will be on record.
