12 emails 4 phone calls trying to get my money back for an order that never arrived 8 weeks later, the last i heard from them was " We have refunded your money to the original payment method if its not there please provide us with an incoming bank statement"
REALLY of course it's not there and they never provided an address to send the statement the accounts office they asked me to forward it to. SO ANGRY NEVER AGAIN !!
