The bed I ordered was not delivered, a different bed was delivered.
Took a day off as delivery is a while day, item should have been picked yesterday to be returned, guess what, no one picked up, so now 2 days taken off work using my holidays.
Been waiting over 30 mins to get through to customer services to find out when this bed will be picked up.
Bloody awful company.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Worse company ever.
Takes 5 days for them to reply to an email.
