Not had a problem until I brought something from one of their partners. The item was faulty, complained to the Range four times, each time they said they would email the partner and ask then to resolve the fault or contact me. Each time no-one contacted me, the last time I asked the Range how long I was expected to wait for a response or resolution after informing them I wanted a refund. I was told " it will take as long as it takes " " the range had no responsibility to offer a refund" totally disgusted !!! At the time of writing still no resolution or refund !!!
