Placed an order for a Xmas garland in December 2021, arrived quickly however it was unsuitable. Instigated a refund request on 14th December and was told that as it's an item from "their partners" they were waiting on their response on how and where to return it. Numerous emails and such long unacceptable delays between replies just from The Range customer services, without including any partners response. Unable to return to store for a refund. 25th January finally given a unit address to return, at my cost. I sent it via hermes signed for. Proof of delivery photo emailed to partners showing item received by them on 30th January. No refund, no communication. Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable !
