Wrong shades arrived from on line order, drove return trip of 18 miles only to be told the computer couldn't do the paperwork with head office as there was a fault. Today I rang again still faulty so rang head office, they sent an email with details for return including sending them a photo. Did everything needed went to the post office and hopefully they are on the way back. I feel they should reimburse me for the postage to me and for the return. Really fed up, will not purchase on line from this company again
