I am hugely disappointed with my delivery. I ordered 60inch fire place, great price, on opening I found several faults, cracks, vended frame and the worst is the branding was upside down on the panel which was so obvious. I immediately went on website and follow protocol by including images of damage, leaving my number requesting an exchange, collection then a refund. I am still waiting for one of these to take place. This can’t be right is it?
